Process
It all starts at our world headquarters in Massachusetts. We begin by evaluating the needs of our customer and developing a strategy that involves design, production and marketing. We then analyze the market for trends and influences; this process includes shopping and networking as well as interpreting statistics, advertising and inside industry news. Customer input is vital as well as we seek to represent the brand vision as effectively as possible.
The product design and direction is conceived here in the U.S., initial renderings are done, reviewed and refined. The design process is coordinated with our Korean design team and sample facility, color studies and pattern variations are rendered in greater quantity. The first samples are developed in Korea, sometimes in as little as 24 hours. Bulk samples and commercialization occurs in China.
Sourcing and production are coordinated between the U.S. and our partners in the country of manufacture.
Throughout the entire process we keep our customers as involved as they wish to be. We take the concept and run with it, or the customer can be as much a part of the process as they wish. We welcome input and communication, but are just as comfortable to handle as much as possible.
